mGo is a patient-facing mobile application that works in conjunction with the WynkEMR Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform. WynkEMR is used by hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to manage patient records, clinical documentation, appointments, prescriptions, billing, and related healthcare services. Through mGo, patients can securely access information made available by their healthcare provider, including appointments, prescriptions, laboratory reports, invoices, and other healthcare-related information. Patients may also request appointments, receive service notifications, and submit feedback regarding their care.
mGo does not independently create or maintain medical records. Official medical records remain under the control of the respective healthcare provider using WynkEMR.
This Privacy Policy applies only to the mGo Mobile Application and the services provided through it. It does not replace or supersede the privacy policies of hospitals, clinics, or healthcare providers that use WynkEMR. Healthcare providers remain responsible for the collection, maintenance, and management of patient medical records and for determining the information made available through mGo.
By downloading, accessing, or using mGo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your information as described herein.
2. Information We Collect and How We Use It
CMPS collects and processes only the information necessary to provide the services available through the mGo Mobile Application. Most health information displayed in mGo originates from the WynkEMR platform maintained by your Healthcare Provider.

- Residential address (where applicable)
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Patient identification number
- Appointment requests
- Feedback and ratings submitted through the Application
Health Information
Information made available by your Healthcare Provider through WynkEMR, including:

Healthcare Provider Information
Where applicable, the Application may display limited information relating to Healthcare Providers, including:

To operate and secure the Application, we may process limited technical information, including:

- Information provided by your Healthcare Provider through the WynkEMR platform.

CMPS processes personal and health information only for purposes necessary to provide and support the Services, including:
- Providing secure access to healthcare information
- Managing appointments and appointment requests
- Displaying prescriptions, laboratory reports, invoices, and other healthcare records
- Facilitating communication between patients and Healthcare Providers
- Providing customer support
- Verifying user identity
- Maintaining application security and preventing unauthorized access
- Monitoring application performance and resolving technical issues
- Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell personal or health information, use health information for advertising or personalized marketing, or use patient information to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

CMPS implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal and health information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

Although we employ appropriate safeguards, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their registered mobile number and One-Time Password (OTP).

Medical records accessed through mGo are maintained by the respective Healthcare Provider within the WynkEMR platform.
CMPS retains personal information only for as long as necessary to:
- Provide the Services;
- Meet contractual obligations;
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
- Resolve disputes and maintain system security.
Users may request correction of contact information, including their mobile number, email address, or postal address, through their Healthcare Provider.
As medical records form part of the official clinical record, they may not be deleted where retention is required by applicable law or medical practice standards.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law and your Healthcare Provider's policies, you may:
- Access the personal and healthcare information made available through mGo;
- Request correction of your contact information;
- Export available information in supported formats, such as PDF or Microsoft Excel;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, subject to legal or contractual limitations.
Requests relating to clinical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, or other medical information should be directed to your Healthcare Provider.
9. Third-Party Communications
mGo may use SMS and WhatsApp Business messaging services to deliver:
- One-Time Passwords (OTPs)
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Appointment updates
- Service notifications
- Other communications authorized by your Healthcare Provider
Only the minimum information necessary to deliver these communications is shared with the messaging provider.
